We all make mistakes; how we RESPOND to the people we’ve hurt says a lot about us (especially as leaders). In my latest YouTube video, I’m sharing a leadership expert‘s reaction to Rachel Hollis‘s initial apology (now replaced with a different apology) for her TikTok/Instagram rant that offended thousands of people online. There are ways that we can own our mistakes and apologize that leave people feeling seen, heard, safe, and respected.
