My Reaction to Rachel Hollis’ Apology

We all make mistakes; how we RESPOND to the people we’ve hurt says a lot about us (especially as leaders). In today’s YouTube video, I’m sharing a leadership expert‘s reaction to Rachel Hollis‘ initial apology (now replaced with a different apology) for her TikTok/Instagram rant that offended thousands of people online.

There are ways that we can own our mistakes and apologize that leave people feeling seen, heard, safe, and respected.
