Back to the Office (MAYBE?)
We’re all in limbo as we figure out what moving forward looks like after working virtually, mostly from home, for the past 15 months. Where we go from here will say a lot about us (especially as leaders). There are ways of handling transitions that can leave people feeling seen, heard, respected, and valued.
